Job summary

CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a capable Liaison to coordinate with LGU for Real Property Tax assessments and payments, and to liaise with the BIR and BOI for compliance documentation. The role requires careful file organization and safekeeping.

Qualified candidates should have a 4-year business degree, at least 1 year of liaison experience, and a valid motorcycle license. Willingness to be based in Makati City and familiarity with Real Property Tax processes are preferred.

• Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience as a Liaison.
• Can drive motorcycle with a valid driver license.
• Knowledgeable or has experience with the Real Property Tax assessments and payments
  is preferred.
• Willing to be based in Makati City
