Job summary

A leading fuel company is seeking an environmental compliance specialist in Quezon City. Responsibilities include processing environmental permits and ensuring adherence to regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, possess strong communication and technical writing skills, and be eager to coordinate with local government agencies. This full-time position requires occasional site visits and can start immediately.

Qualifications

• Must have the capability to build relationships with government agencies.
• Experience in gasoline station, petroleum, or manufacturing industries is advantageous.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and assist with regulatory inspections.
• Experience in gasoline stations, petroleum, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and field coordination skills.
• Willingness to conduct site visits and assist with regulatory inspections.
• Willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Culiat, Quezon City.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process ECC applications and other environmental permits.
• Create and compile technical documents including Initial Environmental Examination (IEE) reports.
• Monitor ongoing gasoline station projects for compliance with DENR environmental conditions.
• Assist the department head in organizing and conducting public consultations.
• Monitor ongoing gasoline station projects to ensure compliance with environmental conditions and regulatory standards.
• Maintain organized documentation, records, and files for all permits, certificates, and mandatory reports.
• Prepare and submit all required environmental compliance reports on schedule.
• Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and regulatory evaluations.
