Job Qualifications:
- Graduate inCivil EngineeringorMechanical Engineering.
- Strong understanding ofDENR regulations, ECC requirements, and overall environmental permitting processes.
- Ability to coordinate and build working relationships with government agencies (LGU, DENR, DOE, etc.).
- Experience in thegasoline station, petroleum,ormanufacturingindustries is a plus.
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and field coordination skills.
- Willingness to conduct site visits and assist with regulatory inspections.
- Willing to be assigned in Tandang Sora, Culiat, Quezon City
- Can start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and processECC applicationsand other environmental permits.
- Create and compile technical documents, includingInitial Environmental Examination (IEE)reports.
- Coordinate with local government units (LGUs), the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), the Department of Energy (DOE), and other regulatory agencies to secure permits, conduct inspections, and obtain clearances.
- Assist the department head in organizing and conducting public consultations.
- Monitor ongoing gasoline station projects to ensure compliance with DENR environmental conditions and regulatory standards.
- Maintain organized documentation, records, and files for all permits, certificates, and mandatory reports.
- Prepare and submit all requiredenvironmental compliance reportson schedule.
- Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and regulatory evaluations.
