Job summary

MANILA KLEAN FUEL CORP. in Pasig is seeking an Environmental Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to environmental laws and DENR regulations across our facilities.

You will manage ECC and LGU permits, monitor waste management and air emissions, coordinate with DENR and LGUs, and maintain records of permits, inspections, and submissions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, with strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in environmental compliance, permitting, and regulatory submissions.
• Knowledge of DENR and LGU requirements.
• Experience handling environmental permits, reports, inspections, and submissions.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and DENR requirements.
• Handle environmental permits and regulatory requirements, including ECC and LGU clearances.
• Monitor facilities for regulatory compliance and identify corrective actions.
• Coordinate with DENR, LGUs, and other agencies for inspections and submissions.
• Assist in monitoring waste management, pollution prevention, wastewater, air emissions, and hazardous materials.
• Ensure environmental reports and documentation are complete and timely.
• Conduct or assist in environmental compliance inspections and site assessments.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address environmental concerns.
• Monitor the validity of permits, certificates, and registrations.
• Maintain organized records of permits, reports, inspections, and submissions.
• Stay updated on changes in environmental laws and regulations.
• Support programs promoting environmental protection and regulatory compliance.
