Overview
The Liaison Collector acts as a key intermediary between customers with outstanding payments and the company. This role requires a delicate balance of firmness and empathy, focusing on building relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments while preserving goodwill. The Liaison Collector will investigate account discrepancies, negotiate payment plans, and accurately document all communication.

- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of accounts
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to debt collection (e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act)
