Qualifications

• A professional with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to the Philippine Bar.
• 2–3 years of professional legal practice, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
• Experience in contract management, compliance, and dispute resolution is required; labor law, IP, or regulatory affairs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, labor, intellectual property, and compliance matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda or opinions on complex issues.
• Support litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including coordination with external counsel.
• Ensure organizational compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Advise management on risk mitigation strategies and legal implications of business decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and case files.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the organization’s operations.

Qualifications

Education & Certification

Experience
