Worldwide Healthstaff Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Director of Operations for Legal Ops and Case Management to lead strategic and operational initiatives across case handling, document review, and client service delivery in a compliant, scalable way.

The role emphasizes process improvement, technology-enabled workflows, KPI governance, cross-functional leadership, and partnerships with IT and senior executives to drive efficiency and quality across legal operations.

Qualifications

10+ years in legal operations, case management, or related field.
Proven track record in process optimization and technology implementation.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent legal degree preferred.
MBA or advanced degree in business/operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies for legal operations and case management aligned with organizational objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce errors, and enhance productivity.
Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast resource needs and budget planning.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of legal services including petition preparation, document review, and client inquiries.
