Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate and business matters.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, letters, affidavits, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and opinions.
• Assist in corporate housekeeping and regulatory compliance.
• Review client documents and identify potential legal and compliance issues.
• Monitor changes in Philippine laws, regulations, and government requirements.
• Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and external counsel when necessary.
• Assist in handling legal disputes, claims, and other legal concerns.
• Maintain and organize confidential corporate and legal records.

Are you a fresh Bar passer looking to start your legal career in a dynamic corporate environment?

We are looking for a Legal Officer who will provide legal and compliance support to the company and its clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly admitted lawyer to gain hands‑on experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, contracts, and business advisory.

Key Responsibilities
