Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking a seasoned Legal Business Partner to support our food manufacturing operations in the Philippines. You will ensure end-to-end legal compliance, review contracts, and provide proactive counsel to senior management on a wide range of regulatory and commercial issues.

You will protect IP, oversee labor and safety compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen governance across supply chains, distribution channels, and e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law and a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar.
• At least five (8) years of relevant experience in legal business partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently manage labor-related cases, contract disputes, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Solid experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Demonstrated capability to establish, implement, and enhance compliance systems within an organization.
• Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry is an advantage.
