Job summary

GainStrong in Taguig, Metro Manila, seeks a legal specialist with FMCG experience to draft corporate documents, review contracts, and perform due diligence. You will coordinate with external lawyers and government agencies while ensuring timely compliance with regulatory filings.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or Law degree, strong English communication, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Good English communication (oral and written)
• 3+ years FMCG industry legal experience
• Experience managing multiple tasks and staying organized

Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare corporate legal documents and letters and basic company certifications
• Assist in processing legal concerns, contract reviews (Account, HR, Vendor), and due diligence
• Coordinate with external lawyers regarding endorsed cases
• Handle messengerial errands, notary, and transmittal tasks
• Communicate with government agencies (BIR, SEC, DOLE, BI, DFA) for reporting
• Ensure compliance with government registrations (SEC) and other legal services
