• As a legal expert, the counsel shall primarily be handling cases and appearing as counsel and representative of the agency before the appropriate courts and/or quasi-judicial bodies. The practice shall mainly revolve around civil cases with a focus on property and ownership laws.
• The counsel shall likewise be in constant coordination with other internal departments of the agency and the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel
