Job summary

Solar Philippines seeks a Corporate Legal Counsel to oversee legal affairs for corporate and commercial transactions in the Philippines. The role requires a BAR exam passer and at least 1 year of in-house experience.

You will ensure compliance with PSE, SEC and DOE; draft framework contracts; maintain corporate records; and support procurement policies and tenders. Onsite work in Makati is expected.

Qualifications

• BAR exam passer required.
• At least 1 year as Corporate Legal Counsel or in-house lawyer.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexible, analytical, detail-oriented and trustworthy.
• Willing to report onsite in Makati City.
