Job summary

Magellan Communications Corporation in Makati is seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to the business, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard company interests.

The role requires a Philippine law degree, bar admission, 7+ years post-qualification experience (in-house preferred), and strong advisory, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. This is an on-site role based in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law from an accredited institution.
• Member in good standing of the Philippines Bar.
• At least 7 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in-house.
• Experience supporting multinational companies is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal support to the company's business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Handle real estate and site-related legal matters.
• Perform corporate secretarial duties and litigation management.
• Engage stakeholders and provide pragmatic, commercially oriented legal advice.

Job Requirement
