Job summary

TechNerds Solutions Inc. seeks a Legal Assistant to join our team in Pasig. You will handle document management, medical and insurance records, and client communications to support case handling and billing processes.

Role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and willingness to work night shifts onsite at Rockwell Ortigas. You will use SmartAdvocate and standard office tools to maintain accurate case data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Willing and able to work the night shift.
• Must be open to working onsite at 6th floor Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center Ortigas Pasig City (beside The Medical City).

Responsibilities

• Document management: receive/save documents to SmartAdvocate.
• Label and note documents; update data in SmartAdvocate.
• Manage medical bills and records; track and file by provider.
• Collect insurance, medical, and evidence documents.
• Data entry and system maintenance in SmartAdvocate.
• Client & insurance communications: setup cases, send letters and retainers.
• Demand preparation: gather police, property, medical, and wage docs.
• Coordinate with the case paralegal and notify upon completion.
