Job summary

DM Consunji, Inc. is seeking a LEED Coordinator in Metro Manila to drive sustainable design and certification efforts across the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate LEED requirements, review plans, maintain documentation, and perform site inspections while collaborating with design, engineering, construction, procurement, and project management teams. Ideal candidates have LEED GA or LEED AP certification, strong document management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of LEED rating systems and certification requirements.
• Strong document management, coordination, and monitoring skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, engineering, and construction drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• LEED GA or LEED AP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LEED requirements across project activities and sustainability targets.
• Review project plans, specs, materials, and construction activities for LEED alignment.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and PM teams for sustainable practices.
• Monitor and track LEED credits, prerequisites, and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize LEED documentation and evidence for certification.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and submission of project documents to LEED bodies or consultants.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with sustainability requirements.
• Monitor energy, water, indoor environmental quality, materials, waste management, and site sustainability practices.
• Review material submittals for LEED compliance.
• Maintain LEED tracking matrix and update credit status.

About the role

The LEED Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The role ensures that sustainability strategies, documentation, and project activities comply with applicable LEED criteria and certification requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of LEED requirements, sustainability strategies, and certification targets across project activities.
• Review project plans, specifications, materials, and construction activities to ensure alignment with applicable LEED requirements.
• Coordinate with the Design, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Project Management teams to integrate sustainable design and construction practices.
• Monitor and track compliance with LEED credits, prerequisites, and project sustainability requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize LEED documentation and supporting evidence required for certification.
• Coordinate the collection, validation, and submission of project documentation to the appropriate LEED certification body or consultant.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with project teams to verify compliance with sustainability requirements.
• Monitor construction practices related to energy efficiency, water efficiency, indoor environmental quality, materials, waste management, and site sustainability.
• Review material submittals and supporting documents for compliance with LEED requirements.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of LEED rating systems and certification requirements.
• Strong skills in document management, technical coordination, and monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and understand architectural, engineering, and construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple project requirements and deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Experience in construction project coordination and documentation is an advantage.
• LEED Green Associate (LEED GA) or LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification is an advantage.
