Job summary

DMCI Holdings, Inc. is seeking a sustainability professional to create LEED-focused plans and manage certification processes for projects in the Philippines. You will assess feasibility, develop sustainability concepts, and liaise with government and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include LEED plan development, registration, audits, and continuous improvement of certification workflows, ensuring adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; must be licensed.
• Must have a 'Cert Prep: Leed Green Associate'.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute LEED requirements of project scope; plan and develop sustainable concepts and appropriate solutions.
• Develop a comprehensive LEED project plan, outlining milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress to ensure timely achievement of LEED milestones.
• Manage the registration and application process for LEED certification, including submission of documentation and tracking feedback.
• Ensure that all LEED requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle by tracking compliance and addressing any issues that arise.
• Review project plans, specifications, and construction activities to ensure compliance with LEED requirements. Conduct detailed checks and audits to confirm adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular audits and site inspections to verify adherence to LEED requirements and identify any areas for correction.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may affect LEED certification. Implement corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and incorporate innovative practices and technologies that advance sustainability goals. Promote and advocate for cutting-edge solutions that enhance the LEED certification process.
• Stay updated on the latest LEED standards, industry trends, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to enhance project performance and certification outcomes.
• Evaluate and improve LEED certification processes and practices based on project experiences and feedback. Implement strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. Facilitate effective communication to ensure that all parties are informed about LEED requirements and progress.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive LEED reports and documentation to the GBCI. Monitor and address any feedback or additional requirements from the certification body.
• Collect, organize, and maintain all required documentation for LEED certification. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted materials.
• Monitor the progress of LEED certification activities and report on key performance indicators. Prepare and present regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Collect and analyze feedback from the certification process and implement improvements. Address any issues identified in performance reviews to enhance future project outcomes.
• Solicit, organize, and enter various types of LEED documentation data for multiple projects concurrently.
