Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is seeking a leasing professional to assist the Leasing Manager in planning and coordinating leasing activities across properties to maximize occupancy and profitability.
The role involves market outreach, tenant relations, and preparing reports for upper management. Candidate should have at least 1 year of leasing or related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Assists the Leasing Manager and Leasing Supervisor in planning, directing and coordinating the leasing activities of the assigned office, retail/commercial, logistics and residential real estate properties, ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability at all times.
Helps market, promote, advertise, lease out and maintain maximum occupancy of the assigned properties at all times
Attend to brokers, tenants and prospect tenants on their inquiries, site inspections, concerns and on any related leasing matters.
Liaises with and maintains a good and ethical relationship with brokers, tenants and prospective tenants
Assists in the preparation of reports for submission to upper management such as revenue forecasts (cash flow), marketing plans, market reports, and other reports as may be required pertaining to the assigned properties
Assists in the preparation, negotiation and reviewing of the lease proposals, Contract of Leases or any pertinent documents required by the team
Helps identify market opportunities for the company and recommends appropriate courses of action to upper management
Coordinates with the different departments within the company regarding leasing matters
Performs related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time, if and when needed.
Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or any business-related course;
Must have at least 1 year experience in leasing, business development, marketing, property development or other related field;
Can communicate effectively (oral and written)
Good negotiating skills, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills;
Computer literate in MS Office applications.
