Executive Optical in Makati City is seeking a Leasing Officer to drive tenant prospecting and negotiation, manage contracts, and retain tenants. You will oversee lease turnover and renewals to optimize property occupancy and revenue.

The role requires at least 5 years in business development, property leasing, or related fields, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel is a component of the position and reporting in Makati is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of supervisory-level experience in business development, property leasing, sales/marketing, and/or brand management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong background in customer service with a wide network of professional contacts.

Job Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of supervisory level experience in business development, property leasing, sales and marketing, and/or brand management;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with strong negotiation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong background in customer service and a wide network of professional and business contacts will be extremely helpful;
• Travel is an inherent component of the position.
• Must be willing to report in Makati City
