PRIME Philippines is seeking a strategic Leasing Manager to lead all commercial leasing activities across its Luzon portfolio. You will drive revenue growth, optimize portfolio performance, and strengthen relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, and strategic partners.

In this leadership role, you will oversee major leasing transactions, guide leasing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure efficient operations and market-leading occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any business field.
• 7+ years in commercial real estate leasing or related roles.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing leasing, brokerage, business development, or sales teams.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
• Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
• Established network of corporate clients, landlords, developers, property owners, occupiers, and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and asset value across all properties in the Luzon portfolio.
• Provide executive leadership and direction to leasing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and targets.
• Handle major leasing transactions including tenant acquisition, renewals, expansions, negotiations, and contracts.
• Drive lead generation, oversee property presentations and inspections, and ensure seamless end-to-end leasing and after-sales service.
• Build and strengthen relationships with property owners, developers, tenants, brokers, and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to position properties strategically.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Research, IT, Finance to ensure integrated leasing operations.
• Forecast leasing performance using data-driven insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Represent PRIME Philippines at industry events to expand the network and brand presence.
• Ensure high standards of client satisfaction, tenant retention, and service excellence.

JOB SUMMARY

You will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all commercial leasing activities across PRIME's portfolio. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing portfolio performance, and strengthening client and stakeholder relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and asset value across all commercial properties in the Luzon portfolio.
2. Provide executive leadership and direction to leasing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, performance targets, and best practices.
3. Handle major leasing transactions, including tenant acquisition, renewals, expansions, negotiations, and contract execution.
4. Drive lead generation initiatives, oversee property presentations and ocular inspections, and ensure seamless end-to-end leasing and after-sales service.
5. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with property owners, developers, key tenants, brokers, and strategic partners.
6. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to position properties strategically and maintain market leadership.
7. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Research, IT, Finance to ensure integrated and efficient leasing operations.
8. Utilize data-driven insights to forecast leasing performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic initiatives to accelerate portfolio expansion and revenue growth.
9. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and real estate associations to strengthen brand presence and expand the professional network in the region.
10. Ensure high standards of client satisfaction, tenant retention, and service excellence across the portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree in any business course.
2. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, business development, corporate sales, advertising, hospitality, airlines, events, or related industries.
3. At least 3 years of leadership experience managing leasing, brokerage, business development, or sales teams.
4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding both individual and team sales, leasing, occupancy, and revenue targets.
5. Strong experience in business development, client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
6. Established network of corporate clients, landlords, developers, property owners, occupiers, and key decision-makers across commercial real estate and related industries.
7. Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
8. Highly analytical, results-driven, and capable of developing and executing strategies that drive occupancy, revenue growth, and market expansion.
