Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations in the mall, focusing on attracting new tenants and maintaining a strong store mix that draws shoppers.

You will design and implement systems, action plans, and controls to optimize leasing performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build long-term relationships with business partners for sustained revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant leasing experience in malls, commercial centers, mixed-use developments, or real estate companies.

Job description

As the Leasing Manager, your creative thinking will come into play as you develop plans to attract new tenants for your assigned mall. Apart from filling up the mall with tenants, your role is to also ensure that you have a great mix of stores that will draw in shoppers. To design and ensure proper implementation of the necessary systems, strategies, action-plans and controls required for over-all leasing operations in the Mall in order to develop loyal business partners for long term business plans, achieve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue generation guided by the organization protocols and regulatory requirements of the country.

REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of relevant leasing experience, preferably in malls, commercial centers, mixed-use developments, or real estate companies.
