Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management, Property Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Commercial/Retail Leasing.
• Experience in tenant management/Lease Marketing at managerial level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement strategies to maximize tenant occupancy across mall clusters.
• Review product/service mix concepts, construction requirements, and contractual obligations with management and tenants.
• Oversee administration and integration of marketing functions.

About the role

The Leasing Manager is responsible for assisting the Sr. Leasing Manager and will oversee a cluster of malls to ensure maximum occupancy of leasable spaces in the malls under his/her area of responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop, and create strategies, projects, and procedures that will increase, improve, and maximize tenant occupancy of malls
• Review, analyze, propose, and advise management and tenants on product/service mix concepts, construction requirements, and compliance with contractual obligations
• Oversee the administration and integration of marketing functions
• Responsible for assigning leasing staff to appropriate areas and task delegation

About you

• Graduate of Marketing/Business Management/Property Management or other related course
• Solid managerial background in all facets of leasing operations
• Deep understanding of the mall/retail and real estate industry
• 5 years of experience in Commercial/Retail Leasing
• Preferably 5 years specializing in tenant management/Lease Marketing in a Managerial level
• Must be willing to travel companywide
