Job summary

XRC Mall Developer, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee a cluster of malls and maximize occupancies in the leasable spaces.

You will develop strategies to attract tenants, coordinate product/service mix concepts, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations across properties. The role requires strong managerial experience in commercial leasing, deep retail real estate knowledge, and the ability to lead leasing teams while aligning marketing initiatives with occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Marketing/Business Management/Property Management or other related course.
• Solid managerial background in leasing operations.
• Deep understanding of the mall/retail and real estate industry.
• 5 years of experience in Commercial/Retail Leasing.
• Preferably 5 years specializing in tenant management/Lease Marketing in a Managerial level.
