A Leasing Assistant for a commercial building typically supports the leasing team in managing and filling office, retail, or industrial space within a property. Their responsibilities include a mix of administrative tasks, tenant relations, and coordination with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for potential tenants and existing occupants.
- Assist in addressing tenant inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate lease renewals and amendments with tenants and property management.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials for available spaces.
- Schedule property tours and assist leasing agents in showing available units.
- Track the availability of spaces and maintain updated listings.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Valid original barangay and police clearance.
- Good with customer service (edge).
- Detail-oriented and good with customers.
- All gender are welcome.
- Trustworthy with a pleasing personality.
- 18 years old and above.
- High School Graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or higher.
- Experience is a plus, but willing to be trained is acceptable.
- Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holidays.
- Physically fit.
