Job Description

• Leasing manager oversees the leasing of properties, which can include residential, commercial, or industrial units
• Marketing: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties and generate traffic
• Tenant screening: Processing applications, conducting credit checks, and interviewing applicants
• Negotiation: Negotiating lease terms and conditions with tenants
• Lease agreements: Preparing lease agreements and ensuring they comply with regulations
• Customer service: Providing excellent customer service and support to tenants
• Property maintenance: Collaborating with maintenance teams to address property upkeep and repairs
• Reporting: Preparing reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates
• Communication: Leasing managers need to communicate well with a variety of people, including tenants, contractors, and legal advisors; they also need to be able to negotiate and persuade people to sign leases
