Limketkai Sons, Inc. in Cagayan de Oro is seeking a Lease Marketing Officer to join our on-site real estate team. This full-time role focuses on driving occupancy and revenue through strategic marketing and tenant acquisition.

You will develop campaigns, create marketing materials, conduct property tours, and collaborate with leasing to maximize property visibility and competitive positioning in Misamis Oriental's commercial portfolio.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications or a related field.
• Experience in property marketing, commercial leasing marketing or real estate sales support.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial real estate market, leasing processes and property management practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms and content management systems.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and generate marketing insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with tenants, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software systems.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to conduct property viewings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote available commercial spaces and attract prospective tenants.
• Create and manage marketing materials including brochures, property listings, digital content and campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective tenants, highlighting key features, benefits and lease terms.
• Maintain and update property databases, tenant information systems and marketing records.
• Collaborate with the sales and leasing team to identify market opportunities and develop competitive positioning strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and rental rates to inform pricing strategies and marketing approaches.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media outlets and digital platforms to maximise property visibility.
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and lead generation results.
• Attend property exhibitions, networking events and industry forums to build relationships.
• Support the leasing team with administrative tasks including lease documentation and tenant communications.
