Qualifications

• Proven leadership with at least 5 years managing teams and driving performance.
• Strong GAAP/FASB knowledge and lease administration expertise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease payments processing with accurate and timely reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of lease administrators and ensure KPIs are met.
• Act as primary client contact and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate audits, data accuracy, and transition to steady state operations.
