Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking a Senior Analyst - Finance Management to manage landlord and supplier invoicing, validate change requests, and support cost control and financial operations.

You will perform service charge reconciliations, tenant recharge calculations, creditor account adjustments, cash allocation, VAT monitoring, and timely AP/AR postings, while delivering financial reports and KPI analysis; collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience in finance operations or real estate operations.
• Proficient in lease administration, EFT/ERP systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage landlord and supplier invoicing and validate change requests.
• Support cost control and financial operations including reconciliations, cash allocation, and VAT monitoring.
• Ensure timely invoice processing, AP posting, and compliance with SLAs.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and KPI analyses, driving issue resolution and efficiency.
