Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Leasing Manager to drive business development and revenue growth across client relationships and market opportunities in the Philippines. The role focuses on crafting leasing strategies, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the advisory and transaction process.

The candidate will build pipelines, advise clients on occupancy, and coordinate viewings and documentation to close deals while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads through networking, market intelligence, referrals and other channels.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, opportunities and potential transactions.
• Develop and implement business development and leasing strategies to win new clients and grow market share.
• Identify opportunities to expand and deepen relationships with existing clients, including relocation, expansion, renewal and other real estate requirements.
• Develop revenue plans, forecasts and projections and actively manage performance against targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organisations.
• Stay close to clients' businesses and proactively identify changes, developments or upcoming real estate requirements that could generate new opportunities.
