Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a Lease Services Assistant (Contract Services) at the Head Office in Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. This contract-branch role requires 0–2 years of experience and involves managing contract endorsements, approvals, and renewals for malls nationwide.

You will oversee SAP-related tasks, tenant coding, and billing accuracy, while supporting lease administration with data integrity and regulatory compliance. Leadership and team development are also emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management and renewal processes in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with lease administration and tenant onboarding workflows.
• Ability to maintain data accuracy and regulatory compliance in contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Oversee contract management including timely review, approvals, and renewals.
• Provide system and project support to mall lease administration.
• Supervise SAP-related processes including tenant coding and billing accuracy.
• Develop team performance through leadership and training.
