Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Above average communication skills both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Manager in strategies to increase tenant occupancy and manage all lease contracts (awards and renewals)
• Review and advise on product/service mix concepts and compliance with contractual obligations
• Oversee administration and integration of sales and marketing to improve tenant performance and occupancy against budget
• Achieve tenant satisfaction within mall regulations and company policies
