Job summary

You will negotiate lease documents, coordinate payments and registrations, and handle reports with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication. The role requires detail orientation and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease agreements and maintain positive relationships with existing lessors, addressing any arising issues.
• Negotiate and coordinate lease documents, ensuring all necessary legal requirements are met. This includes managing signed documents, payments, tenant details forms, registration/licenses, receipts, etc.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
