Job summary

AGP Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance Accounts professional to manage company leases and rental agreements, prepare financial documentation, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

You will maintain lease schedules, process tenant billing, record transactions, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and audit activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• At least two years of relevant general accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of Philippine tax regulations BIR and PFRS.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete and updated schedule of all leases and rental agreements with key dates and renewal terms.
• Prepare monthly billing statements and official receipts for tenants and monitor collection of rental income.
• Record rental income and expenses in the books, including straight-lining adjustments.
• Track deposits, advance rentals, and utility charge-backs in tenant or lessor accounts.
• Coordinate with Legal and Administrative to prepare, review, and renew lease contracts.
