Job summary

J&T Express is seeking a Finance Associate to support the accounts payable function, processing supplier invoices and refunds, and ensuring accurate records. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication with suppliers.

You will analyze expenses, reconcile accounts, manage accruals, and assist with purchasing, cash management, and budgeting. This position is based in Metro Manila and involves standard office hours with some flexibility when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance or Accounting; ecommerce or logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and refunds; ensure accuracy.
• Analyze purchases by expense type and reconcile with purchase orders and receipts.
• Handle supplier inquiries via phone, email and fax; resolve queries promptly.
• Monitor accruals for management accounts and assist with budgeting.
• Maintain historical records by filing and archiving documents.
