Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Lead for Lease Administration Abstraction to manage a team of abstractors and double checkers. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain data accuracy in the lease database, and interact with stakeholders to resolve escalations.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and deep knowledge of lease administration processes, KPIs such as Quality, Turn-Around-Time, and Productivity, and the ability to drive performance

Qualifications

• University graduates or equivalent experience in lease administration.
• A PMP or MBA degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years industry experience in corporate, third party, or consultancy roles.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of real estate leases and accounting is useful.
• Ability to maintain accurate data and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using a lease administration system.

Responsibilities

• Lead abstractions and double checkers in the Lease Administration Centre.
• Ensure Turn Around Time and client responsiveness.
• Maintain lease administration database and ensure accuracy.
• Manage recruitment and administrative matters with hub/regional leads.
• Interact with stakeholders and vendors to resolve escalations.
