• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits and meet with prospective tenants.

Responsibilities

• Market and promote available spaces to prospective tenants.
• Handle inquiries, site inspections, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Identify and develop potential tenants and leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate rental rates and lease terms.
• Prepare lease proposals, contracts, and related documents.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Monitor expirations, renewals, vacancies, and tenant requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, property management, and operations teams regarding lease transactions.
• Conduct market research and monitor rental rates and competitor activities.
• Prepare leasing reports, updates, and occupancy monitoring.
• Assist in resolving tenant concerns and ensuring timely completion of leasing requirements.
• Achieve leasing and occupancy targets.
