Job summary

Dover Business Services is seeking a talented multimedia designer to create engaging design assets and motion graphics for digital courses. You will edit video, build fluid animations, and ensure visuals align with learning objectives and brand standards in Absorb LMS.

Collaborate with instructional designers and presenters, curate typography and layouts for accessibility, and deliver polished course content suitable for corporate training programs. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to create smooth, fluid motion graphics and transitions.
• LMS familiarity with Absorb LMS platform for content management.
• Strong visual communication: typography, layout, color theory, accessible design (WCAG).
• Portfolio showcasing animation, video editing, and graphic design.

Responsibilities

• Design assets: create illustrations, infographics, and interactive layouts for digital courses.
• Video editing & animation: cut footage, sync audio, develop fluid animations.
• LMS integration: publish, upload, test assets within Absorb LMS.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to align visuals with learning objectives and brand standards.
