Job summary

Dover Business Services is seeking a Graphic Specialist, Customer Experience, to craft engaging visuals for digital learning modules and support creative assets across courses. You will edit video, animate sequences, and ensure assets align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines.

The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, experience with Absorb LMS, and a strong portfolio of educational or corporate training visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field is required.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent multimedia tools.
• Animation skills with smooth motion graphics and transitions to engage learners.
• LMS familiarity: navigate, manage content, or troubleshoot modules within Absorb LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design assets: create custom illustrations, clean infographics, and interactive slide layouts for digital courses.
• Video editing & animation: cut footage, sync audio, and develop fluid motion graphics or kinetic typography.
• LMS integration: publish and test multimedia assets within Absorb LMS.
• Collaboration: work with instructional designers to align visuals with learning objectives and brand standards.
