Dover Business Services is seeking a Graphic Specialist for Customer Experience, hybrid in Cebu City, Philippines. You will craft compelling visuals for digital courses, edit videos, and publish assets in Absorb LMS to support learning programs.

The ideal candidate has a related degree, a strong portfolio, and experience with motion graphics, typography, and WCAG-compliant design. Collaboration with instructional designers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Portfolio showcasing fluid animation, video editing, and graphic design (educational/corporate training preferred).
• Direct experience with Absorb LMS platform (content management/troubleshooting).
• Strong typography, layout, color theory and accessible design (WCAG).

Responsabilités

• Design assets: create illustrations, infographics, and slide layouts for digital courses.
• Video editing & animation: cut footage, sync audio, and develop fluid animations.
• LMS integration: publish and test assets in Absorb LMS.
• Collaboration: work with instructional designers to align visuals with objectives and brand.
