Qualifications

• Animation style: fluid motion graphics to engage learners without distraction.
• LMS Familiarity: experience with Absorb LMS platform.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color theory, and accessible design (WCAG).
• Digital portfolio showing animation, video editing, and graphic design; training/educational content preferred.
