Dover Business Services, a global business services provider, is seeking a Graphic Specialist for Customer Experience in Cebu City. You will design assets, edit video content, and manage course visuals within Absorb LMS, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and brand standards.

The role requires a strong portfolio, masterful use of Adobe Creative Cloud, and experience with educational content to keep learners engaged and activities visually accessible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent multimedia tools.
• Animation style: proven ability to create smooth, fluid motion graphics and transitions that maintain learner engagement.
• LMS familiarity: direct experience navigating, managing content, or troubleshooting modules within the Absorb LMS platform.
• Visual communication: strong eye for typography, layout, color theory, and accessible design (WCAG compliance).
• Portfolio: a digital portfolio or reel showcasing fluid animation work, video editing, and graphic design examples (experience with educational or corporate training content is highly preferred).

Responsabilités

• Design Assets: Create custom illustrations, clean infographics, and interactive slide layouts for digital courses.
• Video Editing & Animation: Cut raw video footage, sync audio, and develop fluid animations or kinetic typography.
• LMS Integration: Publish, upload, and test multimedia assets and completed course packages within Absorb LMS.
• Collaboration: Partner with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning objectives and brand standards.
