Job summary

Ubiquity Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Content Development Officer to craft eLearning experiences using Articulate 360. You will build courses, ensure they meet branding standards, and conduct reviews. The ideal candidate has over a year in a similar role, is familiar with Google Suite, and has knowledge of adult learning principles.

Job description

What You’ll Do:

• Build eLearning courses using Articulate 360 according to template specifications
• Make editorial and formatting decisions related to course migration
• Ensure courses meet branding standards for format and eLearning experience
• Manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively and proactively
• Conduct course quality assurance reviews to ensure full functionality and accuracy
• Work with team members productively across geographic regions remotely
• Collaborate with program POCs and discuss innovative ways to present learning modules

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Must be familiar with any eLearning authoring tools preferably Articulate 360
• Must be familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft applications
• Good knowledge of adult learning principles, bloom’s taxonomy, and kirkpatrick’s level of evaluation
• Strong knowledge with digital design, audio and video editing is also an advantage
• Strong experience in developing course materials, learning objectives, roadmap, and detailed instructions
• Must be familiar with BPO setup
