Job summary

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of work experience in JLL.
• Experience in Valuations Advisory / capital markets is a must.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to deal with stakeholders at different levels.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, accountability, and respect while adhering to policies.
• Good hands-on experience with MS Office suite; knowledge of e-learning content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop Training Programs that align with objectives and hubs.
• Create Need-Based Content to address skill gaps and performance.
• Conduct refresher courses for ongoing employee development.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into roles.
• Partner with Delivery Teams to identify performance gaps and plan interventions.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to recommend training solutions.
• Lead discussions and reviews to improve programs and content.
• Run calibration sessions to align performance standards.
• Monitor Training Effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with training trends and best practices.
