• Develop Training Programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Create need-based content addressing skill gaps.
• Deliver refresher courses to existing employees.
• Onboard new hires with structured training foundations.
• Partner with delivery teams to close performance gaps.
• Conduct root cause analysis to tailor interventions.
• Lead discussions and calibration sessions for consistency.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends to keep content innovative.
