Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR consulting across learning & development, workforce transformation, talent management, assessments, org development, skills and capabilities, employee experience or culture.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to shape solutions around client needs.
• Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Marsh HR Academy and Learning Solutions offerings for public workshops and in-house programs.
• Partner with sales and Marsh colleagues to support revenue targets and business growth.
• Develop practical learning solutions addressing upskilling, reskilling and broader talent transformation.
• Lead business development: lead generation, prospecting, pipeline development and proposal shaping.
• Support opportunities through solution design, upselling and cross-selling.
