Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a People Development Officer to lead learning and development initiatives in a flexible, day-shift setup in the Philippines. You will design programs, deliver engaging sessions, and collaborate with HR partners to advance employee growth.

You will manage LMS, update training resources, and enhance onboarding for new hires while promoting a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development or Training.
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses across departments using surveys, interviews, and performance data.
• Design and develop learning programs and workshops using instructional design methodologies.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse employee groups and adapt to learning styles.
• Partner with department heads and HR Business Partners to align L&D initiatives.
• Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and training resources.
• Contribute to onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and internal knowledge sharing.
