Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to administer PerformYard, Relias, and BigMarker, ensuring smooth operation, data integrity, and a seamless user experience across onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders, develop content, produce reports, and support large-scale programs that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in learning and development or related HR roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive collaborator with problem-solving focus.
• Technical proficiency with learning platforms and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer PerformYard, Relias, and BigMarker platforms.
• Manage platform configurations, access, and updates.
• Create and modify performance and learning structures.
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to requests with prioritization.
• Ensure data integrity and timely support for users.
• Prepare training and performance reports for large programs.
• Identify process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Support development initiatives, including content design and project tracking.
• Moderate live and virtual sessions using BigMarker.
• Maintain internal communications and intranet resources.
