ELITE Resource Services is seeking a Learning & Performance Quality Analyst to ensure learning assets meet accuracy, accessibility, and quality standards. This role oversees content QA and release approvals across multiple training programs and collaborates with LMS admins and content developers.
Responsibilities include validating content against standards, updating AI outlines, testing SCORM, and maintaining QA documentation. Strong attention to detail and editorial skills are essential.
The Learning Material Quality Analyst makes sure every learning asset released by L&P is accurate, accessible, and built to standard. The role owns content QA and release approval, so employees across Specialized, Metro One, M1 Global, and AURIX get training they can trust, and the speed gained from AI-assisted development doesn't come at the cost of quality.
This role also maintains the quality of the AI content workflow itself through periodic review of the AI outline template, rather than reviewing outlines course by course. It works closely with Learning Content Developers, the LMS Administrator, and the Learning Manager.

Review every deliverable against L&P quality standards and checklists.
Approve content for release or return it with clear, specific findings.
Maintain a record of approvals and findings for every project.
Keep the foundation of the AI content workflow producing sound outlines.
Review the AI outline template on a set schedule, not per course.
Use developer feedback and QA trends to identify needed changes.
Implement template updates after Vice President approval.
Make sure all learning works for every employee who needs to use it.
Review content against WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Coordinate with the LMS Administrator on publishing issues.
Give developers a clear, consistent standard to build to.
Maintain QA checklists, the L&P style guide, and brand application standards.
Train developers on standards and common quality issues.
Update standards as tools and workflows change.
Use quality data to fix problems at the source.
Track first-pass approval rates, defect types, and rework time.
Report trends and recommended fixes to the Learning Manager.
Keep content in the LMS accurate after release.
