Learning & Performance
The Learning Content Developer builds the training that gets employees across Specialized, Metro One, M1 Global, and AURIX ready to perform. The role uses the L&P AI content workflow to turn approved outlines into eLearning, videos, and assessments, then applies the judgment AI cannot: making sure content flows logically, fits the audience, and is accurate. This lets L&P produce more learning, faster, without lowering the standard.
This role works with subject matter experts to validate content, and with the Learning Material Quality Analyst to clear quality review before release. Each developer owns their assigned projects from build through release.
