Job summary

Sun Life is seeking a skilled Learning Facilitator to deliver learner-centered training for Canadian Operations. You will run in-class and remote sessions, manage groups up to 20, and adapt to diverse learner needs while modelling Sun Life values.

You’ll collaborate with the Learning & Performance teams, continuously improve facilitation methods, and support performance outcomes through robust training interventions and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Two years of facilitation experience minimum.
• Certification in adult education preferred.
• Experience in contact centre training is a plus.
• Strong ability to present information and guide learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class learning aligned with Sun Life standards.
• Lead learner-centric training for multiple audiences across locations.
• Manage onboarding groups up to 20 learners per session.
• Mentor facilitators and collaborate with Design team.
