What You’ll Do:

As a Learning Design Specialist, you will play a key role in a creative and innovative environment where new ideas are encouraged and brought to life. You will design and develop high-impact learning solutions and training materials while driving continuous improvement across learning programs. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to understand and simplify complex products, processes, and systems, and a passion for creating engaging, effective learning experiences that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Impactful Learning Experiences: Develop engaging, interactive, and visually compelling learning materials, e-learning courses, and training resources from concept to completion.

• Champion Learning Innovation: Contribute to a dynamic and creative learning environment by adopting modern learning strategies and leveraging emerging learning technologies and design tools.

• Enhance Learning Effectiveness: Continuously assess, review, and improve existing training programs to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and aligned with changing business objectives and learner needs.

• Simplify Complex Concepts: Analyze internal products, processes, and systems in depth, transforming technical and complex information into clear, user-friendly training content.

• Develop Data-Informed Learning Solutions: Utilize strong analytical capabilities and expertise in Google Sheets and Google Slides to monitor learning performance, track key metrics, and create professional, visually engaging training presentations.

Who We’re Looking For

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as Learning Design Specialist, ideally within a fast-paced corporate, technology, or learning and development environment.

• Methodological Expertise: Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory and proven experience applying instructional design frameworks and evaluation models, including ADDIE and Kirkpatrick.

• Analytical & Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to analyze data, track learning outcomes, and create insightful reports and presentations.

• Mindset & Soft Skills: A proactive and positive professional with excellent communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding learner and stakeholder experiences.

• Flexibility & Organization: Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly to evolving processes, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
