Job summary

The candidate will act as a liaison on learning needs, provide guidance on requests, and monitor the learning agenda in collaboration with the Learning Delivery Team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Data Analytics and Human-centered Design.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison of the HR function to the business in identifying learning needs.
• Provide guidance on immediate learning requests and triage them appropriately.
• Monitor the delivery of the learning agenda and adjust plans based on new information.
